Kevin first joined his father, Glenn, at the Francis J. Craig Agency in 2007. He earned his Pennsylvania insurance agent license in October of 2007, and is now also licensed in the states of Florida, Ohio, and New Jersey. Kevin has earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation, and the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.

Laurie first joined the Francis J. Craig Agency in 1996. She earned her Pennsylvania insurance agent license in 2004. Laurie decided to officially retire from the business on January 1st of 2024.
