In 1975, Glenn joined the agency. Shawn joined the team in 1977. Francis J. Craig continued to work with his sons until September 1990 when he passed away. In 2010, Glenn's son, Kevin, joined the agency and plans to carry on the Craig tradition.

Our father, Francis J Craig, started the agency in 1949 from an office in the Grant Building in downtown Pittsburgh.
The agency moved to the Law & Finance Building around 1957 to accomodate its growth. In 1977, the agency moved to Warrendale to better serve its customers in the northern suburbs.
